Very good service khun Nan in front office is great!! The hotel is in good location next to the beach very well wourt a visit mostly for the beautiful sea view with balcony, the hotel is in a bit old condition but clean and smells good in the room. The staff is trained and professional!!

Great Hotel in the quieter part of Pattaya, but close to the night market , floating market and across the road from the beach. The back of the hotel houses the two swimming pools, gym, the outdoor bar and leads to the beach We had an Executive suite ocean view, not decorated as on the website. Good sized rooms with everything you need, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, large bathrooms with bath and shower, large balcony but it didn’t get much sun. The restaurants were good, food tasty and varied. Breakfast well stocked but dont expect an English breakfast, bacon was sliced processed ham, sausage frankfurters but great variety of eggs. Rice or noodles for breakfast was a novelty but fine. Continental breakfast was available. Staff were fantastic friendly and polite, entertainment was good. Highlight was the roof top bar on the 38th floor. I’d go back

We stayed at the hotel in Jan-24 in a Premium Delux room at Level 24. We also used an additional bed for a teenager. Overall stay in the hotel was comfortable with a good location. Although the rooms could use some TLC and are showing the hotel's age with old mattresses and curtains/blinds to cover glass next to the bathtub and overall outlook, the cleaning staff made our stay very comfortable. The TV is really small (32") for these days and wifi becomes almost unusable during weekends when the number of guests increases. The whole lace can also get noisy when there are corporate groups that hold dinner parties with loud music in dining area. Gym was usable and breakfast was also OK for a 4-star hotel. We loved the location of the hotel as it was at a walkable distance to various night markets and other facilities. It would be great to get some better mattresses, bigger tv and better wifi.

Book room only in the newly renovated section. The rooms in the other section is very shabby and would give you a 2 start hotel room feel. D Varee Jomtein really needs to work on their House Keeping Team, as the spoons in TCM set up in room are old and dirty. The rooms are not cleaned properly. The balconies chair table is filled with dust while check-in. Since I am also from the hotel industry I initially tried mentioning my feedback at the reception but it seems that no one is interested in your reviews which forced me to mention here for higher authority to make a note of it. The outdoor restaurant is well decorated but limited sitting capacity so be on time. Or else you have to sit at the indoor restaurant which looks more like a canteen than a restaurant. The waiters at the restaurants are also not trained well regarding hospitality. They will not be willing to clean the tables on time and would be lazy to even pick plates from the table. This hotel has lot of potential and can even increase the rates if they work on services. Regardless of all this, the view from the balcony was breath taking. D Varee is a good mid-range hotel in Pattaya.

After a thoroughly research of where to stay, whether in Pattaya or Jomtien, and where in Jomtien, at seaside hotel or just any hotels nearby the beach, we finally opted for @dvareejomtienbeach and specially requested for the ocean view room on the higher floor (so the view would be clear from i.e other building or tall trees). We arrived at the hotel around 7 pm. The check in process was quick and efficient. We shortly being led to our room and since it was evening, we could not see the beach, but when we woke up in the morning, the view was breathtaking. We love the room size, comfy bedding, (smoking area) balcony), cool AC, and other amenities. We have no complain on its cleanliness and comfort. What we love the most was its location, seaside on the Jomtien beach, and on the ground, many café/shops/eateries nearby. It was so convenient. Oh, about the breakfast, it was standard, not exceptional, pork available and some international dishes, only limited Thai cuisine. The room décor was bland (on the bigger dining area) but I saw the other smaller dining area that was more artsy. The funny thing was, when the staff saw us (Asian), they led us to the bigger (bland) dining area, and the Westerner to the smaller but artsy dining area. On the 2nd day, I deliberately asked the staff, could we sit on the smaller room (which the majority was occupied by the Westerners), they still led us to the bigger room. I insisted again, what if the seat all full, can we move here? Finally they say, yes, okay, but go there first. We ended up sat on the bigger (majority Asian, although there were some Westerners as well) room anyway. I wonder what was the seating policy here? Some kind of racial segregation or what?
